Playdigious welcomes new CEO, Abrial Da Costa
After 8 years of steady growth and success, this event opens an exciting chapter for the company and its newly announced label, Playdigious Originals.
With a decade of project management and game development experience at Don’t Nod (Life is Strange, Tell me why), Abrial Da Costa will use his expertise overseeing the company’s operations and furthering Playdigious’ innovation and partnership activities with key players in the market.
"After almost nine years leading Don't Nod's business strategy and taking part in its IPO as well as three strategic capital rounds, I'm proud to be joining Fragbite Group. I was lucky enough to work with Romain and Xavier many years ago, and since the creation of Playdigious, I've admired the colossal amount of work done by them and their team. This nomination also marks the start of a transition within the company and its ecosystem. Xavier Liard, co-founder, will move forward as Senior Strategy advisor for Fragbite, Playdigious’ parent company. Romain Tisserand, co-founder and CTO, will in turn become Head of Playdigious’ new R&D department.
